To all Real Roman Catholic “Traditional Clergy” in particular, and to all others who consider themselves to also be Real Roman Catholic “Traditional Clergy” in general, in the U.S.A.:

Introduction

Scholastic Philosophy would have Us define the term Roman Catholic “Traditional Clergy”.

Roman Catholic is self-evident.

“Traditional Clergy” has been subjected to various vagaries by some “Traditional Clergy” who are desperate to be included among those who really are “Traditional Clergy”.

A Brief History

Many decades ago, small groups of Roman Catholic Priests began to meet to try to find out what really happened during, and shortly after, Synod Vatican 2  [Thursday, October 11, 1962 - Wednesday, December 8, 1965].

There was grave concern about the flood of changes, especially to the Catholic Faith, Mass, and Sacraments, which virtual deluge seemed to be overwhelming.  This, in turn, led to the grave concern about what Roman Catholic Priests should, or should not do, because of these things when examined within the context of the required “Profession of Faith” and the “Oath Against Modernism”, which each one had taken per the requirements of Canon Law.

Some of these small, local, groups, of  Roman Catholic Priests began to discover other such groups in various other places around the U.S.A.  Priests from some of these groups were prayerfully consulting and studying books on Canon Law, Scholastic Philosophy, Thomistic Theology, Dogmatic Councils (especially the Council of Trent), Papal Documents of many Popes, Fathers of the Church, Sacred Scripture, and other historical Roman Catholic Sources, all of which were prayerfully consulted for proper insights, guidance, and direction.

Of course, not all of the Priests had direct access to some of these sources because their local Parish Church library either did not exist or did not have most, if any, of such books.

Furthermore, the need to meet and to share this information become more and more evident, at least with some of these groups, which is how a more “national” and “inclusive” group became a reality.

The “thirst” to know the Truth about so many issues, and to take the appropriate action such knowledge required, was not only very real, but with most of the “members” also very intense, especially after some Roman Catholic Bishops and Archbishops, joined the national group.

A few groups of Roman Catholic Traditional Priests, and a few Roman Catholic Traditional Prelates, had organized themselves into Religious or Church corporations under the laws of their respective states.  Others did what they were able to do on their own.

The result was various “independent of the Apostate and Heretical Vatican” groups of Roman Catholic Priests (some of which included Roman Catholic Bishops) were formed (although some were corporations set up by some concerned Catholic Traditional Laity) in various places around the U.S.A.

These “independent”, but “Traditional”, Roman Catholic “Chapels” as they were usually called, began to gather together some Roman Catholic Laity, who were also Traditional, and some of the  “independent”, but “Traditional”, Roman Catholic Priests, began to go to such “Chapels” to Offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Catholic Traditional Mass and to Administer Catholic Traditional Sacraments.

In other places, it was one or more  “independent”, but “Traditional”, Roman Catholic Priests (and some Prelates), who were part of a legal corporation who, themselves, legally owned such buildings where they performed their Priestly and/or Episcopal duties.

Some Priests went on “the circuit” where such “missionary” Priests would Offer Mass and Administer the Sacraments each evening, usually in a rented “motel meeting room”,  in a different city, on a regular basis.

We know some Priests who frequently had at least two different cities each day where they would hear Confessions, Offer Mass, Administer the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist during Mass, and then sometimes after the Mass, Administer other Sacraments such as Baptism, Confirmation, and less often, be the Official Witness to the Administration of the Sacrament of Matrimony by the Couple.

More rare was the Administration of the Sacrament of Holy Orders (from Tonsure through Minor Orders), other times Major Orders, including the Holy Priesthood, and, most rare, the Sacrament of the Episcopacy (which We usually Administered in Our own private Chapel over the years).  Some actual photos, on various web pages on this web site, testify to this fact.  Some other Prelates did the same.

A non-“archbishop”

The Roman Catholic Prelates would have meetings among Ourselves to discuss issues of concern such as the issue of what to do with those “priests” who had been “ordained” by an “archbishop” at that time who had been “ordained a priest”, and later “consecrated a bishop”, by a “bishop” (later a “cardinal”) who was a Freemason.  Thus, the Freemason “prelate” was but one of the many anti-Catholic Infiltrators, not to mention an automatically excommunicated heretic and apostate.

This “council” of Roman Catholic Bishops gave each member an opportunity to state his position regarding the “archbishop” who had been “consecrated a bishop”, by a “bishop”  who was a Freemason.

One Prelate put things into clear perspective when he explained that being “ordained a priest”, and/or “consecrated a bishop”, by a “bishop” who is a Freemason (all Freemasons are automatically excommunicated heretics and apostates from the Roman Catholic Church), in a “catholic church”, is no different than being “ordained a priest”, and/or “consecrated a bishop”, by a “bishop” who is a Freemason in an actual Masonic Lodge!

All of the other Prelates had their own input as well.  Based upon the known facts at that time, all of the Prelates agreed that the “seminarians” of the said “archbishop” did not receive the required Roman Catholic Traditional Seminary Training (due to defective curriculum, certain teachers, etc.) as had each of us before Synod Vatican 2.

Such defective seminary training was one of the primary reasons why the vote of the Prelates was that no Roman Catholic Prelate was permitted to Ordain any seminarian trained in any of those specific seminaries of that “Freemason ordained priest/prelate” - ever - no exceptions!  This was considered to be a “perpetual impediment” to the reception of this Sacrament.  Therefore, no Roman Catholic Prelate could ever even “conditionally ordain” such a “seminarian”.

But the same exact thing also applies to what one Bishop described as a “fairly steady stream” of the “priests who had been ordained priests” by that “archbishop”.  Sadly, today there are a number of “churches” and “chapels”, not only in the U.S.A., but also in other countries,  who have such “priests” who have no Sacramental Powers to Offer Mass and Administer the Sacraments.  Therefore, it was no surprise that, in view of all of this, one Bishop in attendance, grossly frustrated and angry, categorized this “Freemasonic ordained/consecrated archbishop” as - to use his words (not Our words): “Archbishop.....  is a Judas Goat!”

Those “priests” and “bishops” who have been “ordained” in the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, may be in shock to discover that the per se invalid   and illegal liturgical rite for the “ordination of bishops” in the New 1968 “Roman Pontifical” was made up by the    automatically excommunicated Innovator, anti-Catholic Infiltrator, Modernist Heretic, and self-admitted Communist, “pope” paul 6 who was NOT a Roman Catholic Pope, just as all of the other “popes” of the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, are also NOT Roman Catholic Popes, either, as explained and proven by this graphic:


A Similar Issue

The above true story concerning the non-“archbishop”,  brings up yet another very similar issue.  After the above issue had been resolved, this “council” of Roman Catholic Bishops then, once again, gave each member an opportunity to state his position regarding the “priests” who had been “ordained” by any “bishop” who had been “ordained a bishop” with the NEW 1968 rite for the “ordination bishops”.

The results of this voting were a foregone conclusion.  Yes, there was also an issue having to do with the grossly defective training of “seminarians” in the “seminaries” of the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, not to mention the “brainwashing” process which began, at least in some of its U.S. “seminaries” in the Fall Semester of 1963.

But this paled by comparison to the per se invalid   and illegal liturgical rite for the “ordination of bishops” in the New 1968 “Roman Pontifical” of the    automatically excommunicated Innovator, anti-Catholic Infiltrator, Modernist Heretic, and self-admitted Communist, “pope” paul 6 who was NOT a Roman Catholic Pope, as clearly proven by the above graphic.

Needless to say, the vote of the Prelates was that no Roman Catholic Prelate was permitted to Ordain any of “seminarians” from any of the “seminaries” of the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2
Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”,  - ever - no exceptions!  This was considered to be a “perpetual impediment” to the reception of this Sacrament.  Therefore, no Roman Catholic Prelate could ever even “conditionally ordain” such a “seminarian”.

Also, and even more importantly, no “priest” or “bishop”, who had been “ordained” in the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”,  could ever receive the Sacrament of the Holy Priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church, or could ever receive the Sacrament of the Holy Episcopacy in the Roman Catholic Church.  This V-2 “ordination” was considered to be a “perpetual impediment” to the reception of the Roman Catholic Sacrament of the Holy Priesthood, as well as a “perpetual impediment” to the reception of the Roman Catholic Sacrament of the Holy Episcopacy.

Therefore, no Roman Catholic Prelate could ever even “conditionally” either Administer the Sacrament of the Holy Priesthood and/or Administer the Sacrament of the Holy Episcopacy to anyone, no matter who the person might be or what he may have done to try to redeem himself, who had previously been “ordained”, whether a “priest” and/or a “bishop”,  in the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”.

This is considered to be a “perpetual impediment” to the reception of the Sacrament of the Holy Priesthood and/or the Sacrament of the Holy Episcopacy.  Therefore, no Roman Catholic Prelate can ever even “conditionally ordain” such a “priest” and/or “conditionally consecrate” such a “bishop”.

Various very important and cogent reasons were given for these official decisions which, even today, are binding on all Roman Catholic Traditional Prelates of whatever rank of ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

Readers may wonder what exactly are at least some of these “cogent reasons” which make “these official decisions”permanent?  At face value, some people may take umbrage at such “inflexible” decisions?

The education and formation of a future Roman Catholic Priest is not the same as a Laic attending a college or university.  It is not merely a matter of acquiring a certain amount of knowledge in order to help a person become successful in the secular world, as it is with Laics, but rather learning to live a way of life - the life of a Roman Catholic Priest, which far exceeds merely secular knowledge.

Roman Catholic Priests and Prelates who physically attended pre-Vatican 2 Roman Catholic Seminaries understand, because they each one personally experienced what it was to live in a real Roman Catholic Seminary.

A few exceptions seem to have been in Western Europe, although the condemnation of the Heresy of Modernism by Pope Saint Pius X temporarily slowed down such heretical and apostate efforts.

The key word here is “LIVE in a real Roman Catholic Seminary”.  It is not merely a matter of academic overload, one of the few negative things about most pre-Synod real Roman Catholic Seminaries, but, on the positive side, learning “a way of life” - the “life of a Roman Catholic Priest”.

Roman Catholic Seminaries of Religious Orders and Religious Congregations were much better than the so-called “secular Seminaries”, which were those of each Diocese, because Religious Seminarians also read, studied, and learned the respective Holy Rules or Holy Constitutions (which had been approved by Rome over the centuries) used for the special Spiritual formation of each member.

But all Roman Catholic Seminaries, before Synod Vatican 2, had to follow the requirements of the Council of Trent for Seminaries, to be found in Session 23, of July 15, 1563, under Pope Pius IV, as well as those requirements which were added after that.

The “Catechism of the Council of Trent for Parish Priests” was a great help for secular Priests (Priests of a Diocese) in the 16th Century because formal Seminaries for them did not exist until after Trent, although the members of Religious Orders received their training in their respective Monasteries.

The Dogmatic Doctrinal Roman Catholic Council of Trent explained why there is a need for proper Priestly formation where it stated in part:

Method of establishing Seminaries for Clerics, and of educating the same therein.  Whereas the age of youth, unless it be rightly trained, is prone to follow after the pleasures of the world; and unless it be formed, from its tender years, unto piety and religion, before habits of vice have taken possession of the whole man, it never will perfectly, and without the greatest, and well-nigh special, help of Almighty God, persevere in ecclesiastical discipline; the holy Synod ordains, that all cathedral, metropolitan, and other churches greater than these, shall be bound, each according to its means and the extent of the diocese, to maintain, to educate religiously, and to train in ecclesiastical discipline, a certain number of youths of their city and diocese, or, if that number cannot be met with there, of that province, in a college to be chosen by the bishop for this purpose near the said churches, or in some other suitable place....  “And that the youths may be the more advantageously trained in the aforesaid ecclesiastical discipline, they shall always at once wear the tonsure and the clerical dress...”  (Roman Catholic Council of Trent, Session 23, Monday, July 15, 1563; emphasis added.)
In the late 19th Century, Pope Leo XIII issued some specific requirements.

For example, Pope Leo XIII’s Encyclical, “Æterni Patris”, “On the Restoration of Christian Philosophy”, promulgated on Monday, August 4, 1879, states in part:

“14. Later on, the doctors of the middle ages, who are called Scholastics, addressed themselves to a great work -- that of diligently collecting, and sifting, and storing up, as it were, in one place, for the use and convenience of posterity the rich and fertile harvests of Christian  learning scattered abroad in the voluminous works of the Holy Fathers [of the Catholic Church]. And with regard, Venerable Brethren, to the origin, drift, and excellence of this Scholastic learning, it may be well here to speak more fully in the words of one of the wisest of Our predecessors, [Pope] Sixtus V: ‘By the divine favor of Him who alone gives the spirit of science, and wisdom, and understanding, and who though all ages, as there may be need, enriches His Church with new blessings and strengthens it with new safeguards, there was founded by Our fathers, men of eminent wisdom, the Scholastic Theology, which two glorious Doctors in particular, the Angelic Saint Thomas and the Seraphic Saint Bonaventure, illustrious teachers of this faculty, ....with surpassing genius, by unwearied diligence, and at the cost of long labors and vigils, set in order and beautified, and when skillfully arranged and clearly explained in a variety of ways, handed down to posterity.’”

“And, indeed, the knowledge and use of so salutary a science, which flows from the fertilizing founts of the sacred writings, the sovereign Pontiffs, the holy Fathers and the councils, must always be of the greatest assistance to the Church, whether with the view of really and soundly understanding and interpreting the Scriptures, or more safely and to better purpose reading and explaining the Fathers, or for exposing and refuting the various errors and heresies; and in these late days, when those dangerous times described by the Apostle are already upon us, when the blasphemers, the proud, and the seducers go from bad to worse, erring themselves and causing others to err, there is surely a very great need of confirming the Dogmas of Catholic Faith and confuting heresies.” (Op. Cit., ¶ 14-15; emphasis added.)

“Let carefully selected teachers endeavor to implant the doctrine of Thomas Aquinas in the minds of students, and set forth clearly his solidity and excellence over others. Let the universities already founded or to be founded by you illustrate and defend this doctrine, and use it for the refutation of prevailing errors. But, lest the false for the true or the corrupt for the pure be drunk in, be ye watchful that the doctrine of Thomas be drawn from his own fountains, or at least from those rivulets which, derived from the very fount, have thus far flowed, according to the established agreement of learned men, pure and clear; be careful to guard the minds of youth from those which are said to flow thence, but in reality are gathered from strange and unwholesome streams.” (Op. Cit., ¶ 31; emphasis added.)
Another example is Pope Leo XIII’s Encyclical, “Depuis Le Jour”, “On the Education of the Clergy”, Friday, September 8, 1899, which states in part (emphasis added):
“6. To begin with, from among the young those are to be selected in whom the Most High has sown the seeds of a vocation....   The presbyterial schools are thus the first step, as it were, of the stairs which from the junior to the senior seminaries carry up to the priesthood those young men to whom the Saviour repeats the appeal He addressed to Peter and Andrew, to John and James, ‘Leave your nets; follow Me, I will make you fishers of men.’”

“9. And as an abiding thoughtfulness for the first and indispensable formation of the spirit and virtues of the priesthood should inspire the masters of your junior seminaries in their relations with their pupils, so, too, the system of study and the whole economy of discipline must be allied to this same primary and directing idea....”

“13. Once in possession of the Latin tongue-the key, so to say, of sacred science-and their mental faculties sufficiently developed by the study of the belles lettres, young men destined for the priesthood pass from the junior to the senior seminary. There they will prepare themselves by piety and the exercise of the priestly virtues for the reception of Holy Orders, while devoting themselves to the study of philosophy and theology.”

“15. We renew our condemnation of those teachings of philosophy which have merely the name, and which by striking at the very foundation of human knowledge lead logically to universal skepticism and to irreligion. We are profoundly grieved to learn that for some years past some Catholics have felt at liberty to follow in the wake of a philosophy which under the specious pretext of freeing human reason from all ideas and from all illusions, denies it the right of affirming anything beyond its own operations, thus sacrificing to a radical subjectivism all the certainties which traditional metaphysics, consecrated by the authority of the strongest thinkers, laid down as the necessary and unshakable foundations for the demonstration of the existence of God, the spirituality and immortality of the soul, and the objective reality of the exterior world. It is to be deeply regretted that this doctrinal skepticism, of foreign importation and Protestant origin, should have been received with so much favor in a country so justly celebrated for its love of clearness of thought and expression.”

“45. Although difficulties and dangers are every day multiplying, the pious and fervent priest must not for that be discouraged - he must not abandon his duties or even draw rein in the accomplishment of the spiritual mission he has received for the welfare and salvation of mankind and for the maintenance of that august religion of which he is herald and minister. For it is especially by difficulties and trials that his virtue becomes strong and stable; it is in the greatest misfortunes, in the midst of political transformations and social upheavals that the salutary and civilizing influence of his ministry shines forth with greatest brilliancy.”

“48. In doctrina. In the face of the combined efforts of incredulity and heresy to consummate the ruin of Catholic faith, it would be a real crime for the clergy to remain in a state of hesitancy and inactivity. In such an outpouring of error and conflict of opinion he must not prove faithless to his mission, which is to defend dogma assaulted, morality travestied and justice frequently outraged. It is for him to oppose himself as a barrier to the attacks of error and the deceits of heresy; to watch the tactics of the wicked who war on the faith and honor of this Catholic country; to unmask their plots and reveal their ambuscades; to warn the confiding, strengthen the timid and open the eyes of the blinded. Superficial erudition or merely common knowledge will not suffice for all this - there is need of study, solid, profound and continuous, in a word of a mass of doctrinal knowledge sufficient to cope with the subtlety and remarkable cunning of our modern opponents....”  (Op. Cit.; emphasis added.)
On the subject of seminaries and seminarians, Pope Saint Pius X, in his  Encyclical “On the Clergy in Italy” of Saturday, July 28, 1906 writes in part (emphasis added.):
“6. Let the seminaries be jealously guarded in order that a proper atmosphere will be maintained. Let them always be destined exclusively for preparing youths, not for civil careers, but for the noble vocation of being ministers of Christ. Let philosophy, theology, and the related sciences, especially Sacred Scripture, be studied along the lines of pontifical directives: according to the teaching of Saint Thomas which Our venerable Predecessor so often recommended, and We Ourselves recommended in the Apostolic Letter of January 23, 1904....  Let discipline continue to be fostered with renewed vigor and vigilance. Finally, in every seminary there must be a spiritual director. He is to be a man of extraordinary prudence and experienced in the ways of  Christian  perfection. With untiring zeal he must train the young men in solid piety, the primary foundation of the spiritual life.”  (Op. Cit., # 6; emphasis added.)

“....all terms smacking of an unhealthy novelty in Catholic publications are condemnable, such as those deriding the piety of the faithful, or pointing out a new orientation of the   Christian    life, new directions of the Church, new aspirations of the modern soul, a new social vocation of the clergy, or a new   Christian   civilization.”  (Op. Cit., # 12; emphasis added.)  N.B.This is a clear reference to the Heresy of Modernism.

Therefore, a few of at least some of these “cogent reasons” which make “these official decisions”permanent, according to the Council of Trent and Popes Leo XIII and Saint Pius X.

Said another way, the pre-Vatican 2 Roman Catholic Seminaries (with a few exceptions in Western Europe? - those which were influenced by the Heresy of Modernism), helped Seminarians to learn to live the life of a Roman Catholic Priest, not only in terms of what they learned in their various academic classes, but also in their Spiritual Life, from the time they woke up in the early morning until they retired for the day in the late evening, was something that was always with them.  They were learning the way of life which the Roman Catholic Church expected her future Priests to live.  This requires a real Vocation to the Most Holy Priesthood - the call to the way of life of a real Roman Catholic Priest - by the Eternal High Priest, Jesus Christ.

In conclusion, Seminarians can not “unlearn” what they were taught.

IF they were taught in a real Roman Catholic Seminary before Synod Vatican 2, one would expect that such real Roman Catholic Seminarians were taught the beautiful, unchangeable Truths of the Catholic Faith and personally experienced the daily Seminary regimen of Prayers, Meditation, Mass - which included the devout reception of the Sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist.

We know some Seminarians who had a somewhat unique Religious Devotion - daily reception of the Sacrament of Penance - which some call “Confessions of Devotion” which they discovered helped to propel them further ahead in the Spiritual Life.

Added to this were the many classes these Seminarians were required to take on the various required subjects, most, if not all of which, knowledge they would need after their Ordination to the Holy Priesthood, whether in preaching, teaching, writing, hearing Confessions, counseling - especially Religious and Spiritual Counseling, etc., not to mention the real living of their own personal Spiritual Life.

For the same reason, seminarians, who attended either quasi-Catholic “seminaries”, or, most especially those who attended “seminaries” of the Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, can not “unlearn” the errors, and especially the heresies, they were taught, nor can they totally remove the “brainwashing” to which the “seminaries” of the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, subjected such “seminarians”.

Of course those “seminarians” of the   Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, who have been, per seinvalidly   and illegally “ordained priests” and “ordained bishops”, with the NEW 1968 “Roman Pontifical”, have nothing (i.e. the Truth) with which to compare (i.e. no other personal experiences) the heresies they were taught (which at the time they would have thought was the Truth, but was not), nor can they totally remove the “brainwashing” to which they had been subjected in their seminary days.

Yes, some of them have made a valiant effort to try to somehow correct what they learned, but, aside from an actual miracle, We know of no way to totally remove such false, erroneous, heretical, apostate teachings and personal experiences of an anti-Catholic way of life, so to speak.

The erroneous psychological and anti-Catholic Spiritual habits that such “seminarians” learned, and which now can not totally be removed, so that since such “seminarians” are now “priests” and now “prelates” of  the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, the emotional, psychological, heretical and apostate “wounds”, which have scarred their souls and minds, have “disfigured” them forever.

This sad situation reminds Us of one of Our Uncles who served under 4-Star General George Smith Patton Jr. [b. at San Gabriel, California on Wednesday, November 11, 1885 - d. from assassination at Heidelberg, Germany on Friday, December 21, 1945] during WWII.  He was severely wounded at the Battle of the Bulge [January, 1945, at The Ardennes: Belgium, Luxembourg] and almost died.  For many decades later, he still had his physical scars, but he also still suffered from the emotional and psychological “scars” of that terrible experience, just as have so many other brave members of the U.S. Military in all wars, especially those who survived their wounds, which left them not only with their own personal physical scars, but also with their own deep emotional and psychological “scars”, today called “post traumatic stress disorder”.

So also, but for obviously different reasons, former “seminarians” (today some of them would be former “clergy”, i.e. “priests & prelates”) who are “converts” from the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, likewise suffer, but it is from a different type of post traumatic stress disorder.

Nevertheless, no matter how much “therapy” they get, of whatsoever type, they can never totally and completely recover and heal from their own personal post traumatic stress disorder.

While We certainly pray for such victims of the Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, nevertheless, because they can never fully recover from the “way of life they lived”, first as “seminarians”, second as “clergy”, of  the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, the Roman Catholic Church Bishops, many decades ago, realized that since such “clergy” can never be fully rehabilitated, and to prevent any possible future problems, of whatsoever kind, type, and nature, it was prayerfully decided that the best course of action for the Roman Catholic Church was to admit them as Neophytes, and, that after their successful study of the required Catechism, to Baptize and to Confirm them, and to permit them to receive the Sacrament of Penance, and even Matrimony if they should so chose, and also to attend Mass, and to receive the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, but, under no conditions and circumstances,  to Administer Tonsure, Minor, and Major Orders to any of them, both for their own good, and that of all other Roman Catholics.

This refusal of the Sacrament of Holy Orders was not arrived at capriciously, or with any animosity, but as the result of prayerful consideration by the Roman Catholic Bishops for a matter of many months before the final vote which, when finally taken, was unanimous.

ALL Readers should now be able to better realize and to understand why such “clergy”  are really not able to withstand, or even qualified to deal with, the great pressures and stresses that come with being a Roman Catholic Priest and Prelate today.  Thus, it is not a punishment, rather such “clergy” are being spared even more post traumatic stress disorders.

Thus, some of the “cogent reasons” which prevent their valid   Ordination as real Roman Catholic Priests and Bishops.  This position of the Roman Catholic Bishops decades ago is consistent with how the Roman Catholic Council of Trent expressed it in the 16th Century, as already cited above, and repeated here for your convience:

“Method of establishing Seminaries for Clerics, and of educating the same therein.  Whereas the age of youth, unless it be  rightly trained, is prone to follow after the pleasures of the world; and unless it be formed, from its tender years, unto piety and religion, before habits of vice have taken possession of the whole man, it never will perfectly, and without the greatest, and well-nigh special, help of Almighty God, persevere in ecclesiastical discipline.”
But since the heretical and apostate “seminaries” of the   Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, do NOT train its “seminarians” the same way in which the Seminarians of the Roman Catholic Church were trained before the   Satanic  Synod Vatican 2, it should be self-evident that such heretical and apostate “seminaries”, with its victimized “seminarians”, of the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, are not   rightly trained,  from their “tender years, unto [real] piety and religion [of the Roman Catholic Church which does NOT change as it does in the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, the primary “dogma” of which is “evolution”, “change”, which is the Heresy of Modernism and from which flows all other errors and heresies which end in apostasy, which is why it is correctly identified as: “The    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate  'One-World Church',”].

Objection: The above stated position of the Roman Catholic Bishops of some decades ago fails to consider those cases in which a “seminarian”, a “priest”, and/or a “bishop” of  the Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”, is given the Grace of Conversion to the Roman Catholic Church, and, therefore, unjustly denies the Grace of Holy Orders to such converts.

Reply to the Objection: The conclusion of this Objection fails to make the necessary distinctions between:

1) the Grace of Conversion from an anti-Catholic “religion” to the True Religion of the Roman Catholic Church; and,
2) the original absence of the Grace of a Vocation to the Sacrament of Holy Orders of the Roman Catholic Church with the authentic Grace of a Vocation to the Sacrament of Holy Orders in the Roman Catholic Church.
For example, please consider an extreme case to better understand the necessary distinctions.

A person who is born and raised in the pagan Shinto religion and who eventually studies in a “Shinto seminary” and becomes a “Shinto priest”, somehow receives and accepts the Grace of Conversion to the Roman Catholic Church.

However, does the Grace of Conversion to the Roman Catholic Church somehow also automatically mean that  because this former “Shinto priest” is now a Baptized member of  the Roman Catholic Church, he is also entitled to fully function as a “Roman Catholic Priest”?

Answer: NO.  Of course not!  The reasons should be self-evident.  A “Shinto priest” is NOT a Roman Catholic Priest.

For example, the former “Shinto priest” he has no knowledge of what a real Roman Catholic Priest is, what he does, as well as the knowledge he is required to have.

Said another way: When this “Shinto priest” received the Grace of Conversion to the Roman Catholic Church, the Grace of Conversion was a conversion from a false, pagan religion to the One, True Religion of the Roman Catholic Church, which Grace of Conversion has nothing at all to do with the “Grace of a Vocation”.

Among other things, any member of any “clergy” of any non-Catholic, and any anti-Catholic Church, who receives the Grace of Conversion to the Roman Catholic Church, does NOT “automatically” receive  “infused knowledge” of everything every real Roman Catholic Seminarian is required to know before his Ordination to the Holy Priesthood.  Such “converts” do not get any “infused knowledge”, especially in regard to the knowledge required of all candidates to the Sacrament of the Holy Priesthood.

In pre-Vatican 2 days, Roman Catholic seminaries of Religious Orders and Religious Congregations had at least 6 months Postulancy, at least 1 Canonical year (366 days) of Novitiate (2 years for Jesuits), 4 years of Scholastic Philosophy (which also included the study of many other things; the text books were in Latin, of course), 4 years of Thomistic Theology (Latin text books), (this also included the study of many other subjects as well), plus at least 1 year of Pastoral Theology, plus 1 additional year of Novitiate (at least for the Jesuits).

As for the “secular seminaries”, a.k.a. the seminary of each local diocese here in the U.S.A., We are not familiar with all of them, but We are familiar with several which some personal friends attended and were Ordained to the Holy Priesthood in only 6 years.  Because they were not members of Religious Orders or Religious Congregations, they only had 2 years of Philosophy and 4 years of Theology.

Sadly, this accounts for the lack of depth of knowledge in regard to the Spiritual Life in general among “secular”, i.e. diocesan, Roman Catholic Priests.  According to a thesis written by a doctoral candidate at CUA (Catholic University of America), which was published in book format by the CUA in the 1920’s, the response to his questionnaire, which he sent to every Roman Catholic Seminary in the U.S.A. at that time, revealed that, of the responding diocesan seminaries, only about 25% of them had formal classes in Ascetical Theology and only about 10% had formal classes in Mystical Theology, whereas, of the responding Religious seminaries, about 87% of them had formal classes in Ascetical Theology and about 63% had formal classes in Mystical Theology.  We suspect these percentages slowly decreased, especially in diocesan seminaries, between then and 1960, whereas the rate of decrease was most probably much smaller in Religious seminaries for the same time period.

Bottom line:  This means that, after their Ordination to the Holy Priesthood, diocesan
Priests were on their own insofar as further study of the Spiritual Life was concerned. Even in the 1940’s this was fairly evident in various parishes.  When We personally questioned some Diocesan and Religious Priests of the 1920’s to the 1940’, most of the Diocesan Priests (except for two) were reluctant to answer Our questions on this subject, whereas all of the Religious Priests wondered why We were even asking those questions because they did not have the same problem as did the Diocesan Priests

Therefore, here is yet one more, of many “cogent reasons” why those “clergy”, who were not “seminarians” in the Roman Catholic Church, but in  the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”,  despite their genuine “conversion” to the Roman Catholic Church, can not be Ordained to the Priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church, when even those “Diocesan seminarians” who were   validly   Ordained to the Priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church, before Synod Vatican 2, with some exceptions, in general had but a few formal classes in Ascetical Theology and almost no formal classes in Mystical Theology!  This knowledge is the proverbial “vade mecum” for proper preparation of Sermons, Religious/Spiritual Counseling, hearing Confessions, teaching, writing, etc., not to mention their own personal Spiritual Life.

Dear Roman Catholic “Traditional Clergy” in the U.S.A.:

Thank you for your patience in reading all of the above data.  You are truly Blessed by the good God Who has helped to guide you for many years and to avoid the pitfalls into which so many others have fallen, despite their original innocence and best of intentions.  May all of us pray for them so that God the Holy Ghost, the Comforter, may comfort them now and always, and guide them along whatever ways He has chosen for them to follow, but which, sadly, is not the Holy Priesthood.

Those of you who are faithful Roman Catholic Traditional Priests and Prelates share with Us the work in the vineyard of Christ which each day, too often it seems, becomes more difficult for the reasons all of us know too well.

Please pause for a few moments from your labors to read a brief reminder below from Patriarch Saint John Chrysostom on “The Great Authority and Dignity of the Priesthood”.  It is not that we do not already know these things, but it can be a source of comfort and consolation to refresh oen's memory and to lift up our eyes on the ultimate goal, the ultimate reason the Eternal High Priest has called each of us forth to be HIS voice, HIS arms, HIS legs, and, above all, HIS alter Christus because every    valid    Mass Celebrant functions, of course, in Persona Christi during a  valid    Holy Sacrifice of the Mass Who, through us, Offers, as the Principle Mass Celebrant, the Holy Sacrifice of Himself, as the Victim of the Sacrifice, on the Holy Altar of the New and Eternal Testament Cross, during the Holy Mass to His Heavenly Father, which Infinite Victim is taken by the Holy Angel to the Holy Altar before the Throne of God in Heaven so that the Wrath of God may be placated, and also that abundant Blessings and Graces may pour down upon, not only ourselves, but for those for whom we have the great privilge to be the   valid    Secondary Mass Celebrant, to act in Persona Christi, in every  valid    Holy Mass we are so greatly Blessed and privileged to Offer in the sight of the Divine Majesty.

But this, at lest for Us, is bitter-sweet because so many Catholics, who truly desire to attend the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass We Offer, are not able to do so, for the same reasons they, or others like them, are not able to attend any of your Holy Masses, or to receive Holy Communion, or even to go to Sacramental Confession.

Please join with Us in praying the Lord of the Harvest to send many more laborers into the Holy Vineyard of the Catholic Church, because all of us need help, and the Laity are lost in confusion or various types of blockages in being able to attend our Masses and to receive the Holy Sacraments from us.  Yes, some are so privileged, but much larger numbers of the Laity are not.

For Our part, over the years, We have personally Ordained a number of  valid  Roman Catholic Traditional Priests and have also Consecrated a number of valid   Roman Catholic Traditional Prelates.  But what are these few among such huge needs?

Changing subjects, We hope and pray that the “Missale Romanum” you use was printed, preferably, before 1944, or at the very least, before the illegal and   invalid   Holy Week fiasco (1951-1955), and definitely nothing later than 1955, primarily as long as you do not use that notorious Holy Week mess.

As for the “Rituale Romanum”, please always try to use what does not have the violation of the Council of Trent concerning the Latin Psalter of Saint Jerome.

Please continue to Offer the   valid   and lawful Roman Catholic Traditional Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Needless to say, do not use any Breviary which does not have the Latin Psalter of Saint Jerome.  IF you are unable to find a Breviary which has the Latin Psalter of Saint Jerome, then it should be replaced with the prayers of the Traditional Holy Rosary (at least the full 5 decades, or more of the decades if possible), than use the anti-Psalter of  the    Satanic  Synod Vatican 2  Heretical and Apostate One-World Church”,  found in the “modern breviary”.

The care of Immortal Souls, as well you know, can sometimes be an almost crushing burden as you work in the vineyard of the Lord, with too often not sufficient time for your own Spiritual Life.  Since most of you most likely function as a Confessor, or in a few rare cases, even a Spiritual Director, IF you have not yet already done so, We recommend reading at least a few pages a day of Spiritual Reading / Meditation / Contemplation with this work by Reverend Father Reginald Garrigou - Lagrange, O.P. [b. Auch, France 1877 A.D. - d. Rome, Italy, 1964 A.D.], who taught dogmatic and Spiritual theology for 53 years at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas, the Angelicum, in Rome, entitled “The Three Ages of the Interior Life, Prelude of Eternal Life,” Translated by Sister M.  “The Great Authority and Dignity of the Priesthood

It is wise and prudent to remember how great the Sacrament of the Most Holy Priesthood really is.

“Picture Elias and the vast multitude standing around him, and the sacrifice laid upon the altar of stones, and all the rest of the people hushed into a deep silence while the prophet alone offers up prayer: then the sudden rush of fire from Heaven upon the sacrifice: these are marvelous things, charged with terror. Now then pass from this scene to the rites which are celebrated in the present day; they are not only marvelous to behold, but transcendent in terror. There stands the priest, not bringing down fire from Heaven, but the Holy Ghost: and he makes prolonged supplication, not that some flame sent down from on high may consume the offerings, but that Grace descending on the sacrifice may thereby enlighten the Souls of all, and render them more refulgent than silver purified by fire.  Who can despise this most awful mystery, unless he is stark mad and senseless? Or do you not know that no human Soul could have endured that fire in the sacrifice, but all would have been utterly consumed, had not the assistance of God’s Grace been great.”

“For if any one will consider how great a thing it is for one, being a man, and compassed with flesh and blood, to be enabled to draw nigh to that Blessed and pure nature, he will then clearly see what great honor the Grace of the Spirit has vouchsafed to Priests; since by their agency these Rites are celebrated, and others nowise inferior to these both in respect of our dignity and our salvation. For they who inhabit the earth and make their abode there are entrusted with the administration of things which are in Heaven, and have received an authority which God has not given to Angels or Archangels. For it has not been said to them: Whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in Heaven:  and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in Heaven. (Matthew 16:19.).”

“They who rule on earth have indeed authority to bind, but only the body: whereas this binding lays hold of the soul and penetrates the heavens: and what Priests do here below, God ratifies above, and the Master confirms the sentence of His servants. For indeed what is it but all manner of Heavenly authority which He has given them when He says: Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained.  (John 20:23.)  What authority could be greater than this?  For neither doth the Father judge any man, but hath given all judgment to the Son.  (John 5:22.)  But I see it all put into the hands of these men by the Son. For they have been conducted to this dignity as if they were already translated to Heaven, and had transcended human nature, and were released from the passions to which we are liable. Moreover, if a king should bestow this honor upon any of his subjects, authorizing him to cast into prison whom he pleased and to release them again, he becomes an object of envy and respect to all men; but he who has received from God an authority as much greater as Heaven is more precious than earth, and Souls more precious than bodies, seems to some to have received so small an honor that they are actually able to imagine that one of those who have been entrusted with these things will despise the gift. Away with such madness! For transparent madness it is to despise so great a dignity, without which it is not possible to obtain either our own salvation, or the good things which have been promised to us. For if no one can enter into the Kingdom of Heaven except he be regenerate through water and the Spirit, and he who does not eat the flesh of the Lord and drink His blood is excluded from eternal life, and if all these things are accomplished only by means of those Holy hands, I mean the hands of the Priest, how will anyone, without these, be able to escape the fire of Hell, or to win those crowns which are reserved for the victorious?”

[Editorial Note by Patriarch Jacobus Maria DeJesus, D.D.: The term “Christian”, in the title of this work: “Treatise Concerning the Christian Priesthood”, should be translated as “Christian Catholic” because in 375 A.D., which was 15 years before this Treatise was written, the term “Christian Catholic” was both used, and explained, by Bishop Saint Pacian who writes in part on this subject:
“7.  Many things the Holy Spirit hath taught us, Whom God sent from Heaven to the Apostles as their Comforter and Guide. Many things reason teaches us, as Paul saith, and honesty, and, as he says, nature itself. (1 Corinthians 11:14).  What! Is the authority of Apostolic men, of Primitive Priests, of the most Blessed Martyr and Doctor Cyprian, of slight weight with us? Do we wish to teach the teacher? Bishop Saint Cyprian of Carthage, a.k.a. Thaschus Cæcilius Cyprianus, [b. 190  A.D. - d. Martyred on Saturday, August 14, 258 A.D.]. He converted to the Catholic Church later in his life time.  He was Ordained a Priest in 247 A.D. and Consecrated as the Bishop of Carthage in about 249 A.D.]
